Creates a client tenant on the platform, owned by an existing product account. Modules are recorded from Autumn; demo data is optional.

The client's address. No account yet? One is provisioned and the client receives a set-your-password email, so they can sign in right away.
Used for a newly provisioned account; ignored when the account already exists.
